Balaclava used to be one of the areas of Port Phillip, Melbourne, with the lowest rate of public parks. Thanks to the urban transformation of its unoccupied spaces, this trend is being reversed. The project for the St. Kilda school zone reactivates the dynamism of previously unused or parking areas. A tactical urban planning intervention that combines green areas, urban art, rest areas and a sports zone. The presence of our Caribou furniture elements, made of recycled material, encourage the community to come together and enjoy a space that belongs to them.
